Lemon & Garlic Chicken Balls (4)

Ingredients:
Chicken balls
1 pound lean chicken or turkey mince
3 cloves of garlic
2 medium slices of bread
1 tsp dried thyme or mixed herbs
Finely grated rind of one lemon
For the sauce
1 tsp vegetable oil
One small onion, chopped
One clove garlic, crushed
14oz can of chopped tomatoes
One green or red pepper, deseeded and finely sliced
Black pepper to season
