I have to replace my filter for the Hepa AC4870. I can't find it when I search. I can find the HEPA that I own but not the replacement filters. Any suggestions?
The filter for the AC4870 is part number FLT4825, filter B.

When will two and four packs of filter "C" be available to order from Canada? I am on a pension and would appreciate the discount from ordering four instead of just one at a time!

Why are two packs and four packs of filter "C" only available for order in the U.S.? Do Canadians not count to get a discount?

I am in the middle of the CA fires and need a new filter fast. I have already ordered one but it won't be here for two days. Can I wash the filter I have while waiting for a new one?
You cannot wash the filter, but you can vacuum it off. Washing it will cause damage to the filter and the unit.
